1. Unique and Handcrafted Art:

All paintings and art pieces at Mae's Art are individually created by Melisa Auguste, making each piece unique. We strive to accurately represent the details and colors of our artwork through high-quality images and descriptions.

2. No Returns:

Due to our products being one-of-a-kind and made to order, we do not accept returns. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and ask questions before purchasing.

3. No Refunds:

Once a purchase is made, refunds will not be issued. This policy is in place to protect the time and effort invested in creating each piece of art.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare case, your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damage to assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.

5. Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and payment has been processed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
