1. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within five business days. Please note that processing time may be slightly longer for custom or made-to-order items.

2. Shipping Methods:

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping (USPS): Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days after processing.

Local Pickup: If you're local, you can choose the "Local Pickup" option during checkout. We will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time once your order is ready.

Local Delivery: We offer a local delivery option for Union and Essex County customers. Orders eligible for local delivery will be delivered within 5-8 business days after processing.

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates vary based on the shipping method and your location. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

6. Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or postal service delays, may cause delays in delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

7. Changes to Shipping Address:

Please contact us immediately if you need to change the shipping address after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
